Do Re Mi

It was so fresh and relaxing that day. The light, delicate fragrance of flowers filled the air and it was overcast and cool. Kirei desu ne... Tulips I planted a couple years back. They're doing so well now, I think they even multiplied~ :D My manager who's daughter sold these to me said that in the fall, I should dig up the bulbs and distribute them more evenly throughout the yard. Their shape and color changes in direct sunlight. I always look for these flowers on the main street. They look like cute pink puffballs of goodness. lol It was a very beautiful and fragrant spring this year with cool, breezy weather. (^^)

Here are the cute pinwheels that we got from a dollar store. They make cute little spinning sounds in the wind.. Why is it that I always post so late and miss out on some great blogger writings? Errg.... -__- To sum up what I missed, my Spring Break didn't amount to much, unfortunately.. I ended up NOT going to that Red Riding Hood movie since I was advised not to. People were saying that it was really bad. I went online too and the reviews were not so great, the negativity towards that movie was too much so I decided against it. I'm gonna wait for the movie to come out on DVD for this one. So sad, I was so looking forward to seeing another movie in theatres again... Oh well, there's always Pirates of the Caribbean 4 and Hp7 pt2 to look forward to~! ^^ I took a few pictures of the rainy day we were having around Wednesday or Thursday. My mom bought these tulips around the 4th of Feb and they were so prettiful! ^^ They lasted a pretty long time because even though they bloomed, the petals would close at night. It was cool. xP The colors were also so vibrant. The pink ones are almost the exact same color as my mini ceramic/clay tulips. I'll take a pic and post it on here when I get the chance. open.. and semi closed! x> This is the larger bunch. I think there were about 5-6 blossoms in this one. It was more of a reddish color.

I planted these tulips around November of 2008... Well, sometime last fall. And they grew! Only two of them have bloomed so far but I am so proud lol. I've never grown tulips before so this is exciting. I'm thinking about planting more tulips in the front of our house since they seem to be so easy to grow. I only remember watering them a few times too!
